Technical skills and experience are important, but emotional intelligence (EQ) is often what distinguishes exceptional leaders and high-performing professionals. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions while effectively recognizing and responding to the emotions of others. These skills strengthen communication, build trust, improve collaboration, and help leaders navigate change, conflict, and challenging workplace situations.

This interactive workshop introduces the core components of emotional intelligence and demonstrates how they influence leadership effectiveness, teamwork, customer service, decision-making, and organizational success. Participants will examine their own emotional responses, identify opportunities for growth, and learn practical strategies for building stronger workplace relationships.

Through self-reflection, workplace scenarios, group discussion, and practical exercises, participants will develop techniques for increasing self-awareness, managing emotions under pressure, communicating with empathy, and positively influencing others.
