Program Overview
The Executive Leadership Coaching Cohort is a year-long leadership development experience designed to strengthen executive leadership capability through individualized coaching, collaborative learning, organizational consultation, and practical application.
Unlike traditional leadership training, this program combines executive coaching with structured leadership development, allowing participants to immediately apply new skills to real organizational priorities while receiving continuous guidance and feedback from an experienced executive coach.
The program follows three integrated four-month development cycles, creating ongoing growth, accountability, and measurable leadership progress throughout the year.
Executive Coaching Services
Each participant will receive personalized coaching and leadership development that may include:
- Individual executive coaching sessions
- Leadership style assessments
- Individual Leadership Development Plans
- Succession planning support
- Leadership mentoring
- Organizational effectiveness coaching
- Executive consultation on current organizational challenges
- Goal setting and accountability planning
- Leadership reflection and action planning
Each participant will have opportunities to discuss real workplace challenges, receive confidential coaching, and develop practical strategies that can be immediately implemented within their organization.
Continuous Development Cycle
The program is delivered through three continuous four-month coaching and development cycles.
Month 1 – On-Site Leadership & Coaching Intensive (2–3 Days)
Each cycle begins with an immersive onsite leadership experience that includes:
- Executive Leadership Coaching Cohort session
- Executive consultation
- Organizational discovery and discussion of current priorities
- Individual leadership action planning
Months 2–3 – Virtual Coaching & Application
Between onsite sessions, participants continue developing through virtual coaching and guided application activities, including:
- Executive coaching cohort sessions
- Individual and small-group coaching
- Leadership application discussions
- Progress reviews and accountability coaching
Month 4 – Integration & Planning
Each development cycle concludes with an integration session focused on evaluating progress and preparing for the next phase of development.
Activities include:
- Leadership progress review
- Executive Coaching Cohort session
- Executive consultation and priority setting
- Refinement of individual development goals
- Planning for the next four-month development cycle
This four-month cycle repeats three times throughout the year, providing continuous leadership development, coaching, reinforcement, and organizational support.
Annual Program Includes
